There is something very specific in some people’s waistlines where their waist is more “angularly curved” on the sides than “rounded curved”.

This is the result of bone structure and positioning.

Mind you, the photo the photo on the left IS a defined waistline and it IS curved. It is just not angular/sharp.

There isn't enough length to create a softer more elongated curve, resulting in a more "pinched" one which is more sharp.

To obtain that sharper more pointed angle on the waistline, it has to do with:

1. body fat distribution

2. the width and shape of the ribcage

3. width of the hip bones
